Terms and Conditions for Midlo Prime Transport
Information - Policies & Procedures
MidloPrime Transport serves Alvaredo, Arlington, , Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Corsicana, Duncanville, Ennis, Mansfield, Midlothian, Red Oak, Venus, and the surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Pricing for fares is based on mileage, tolls, and time of day. Number of Passengers does not affect pricing. After hour fee applies from 10pm-5:59am.
- Drivers may refuse service to anyone who poses a safety concern (intoxicated, aggressive, etc.). Full fare will be invoiced.
- No shows (15+ minutes late with no communication) will be charged the full fare.
- Cleaning or damage fees apply if the vehicle is left in poor condition (minimum $75).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Late Airline Arrival Policy:
We monitor flight statuses to the best of our ability, but delays beyond 30 minutes may affect your scheduled pickup window. If a delayed arrival causes us to miss or delay the next scheduled customer:
- We may need to reschedule or reassign your ride.
- Wait time fees may apply after the 15-minute grace period.
- Priority will be given to on-time bookings if rescheduling becomes necessary.
We recommend notifying us immediately of any changes or delays to help us coordinate the best solution.
